Robert J. Hirsh, a practicing attorney, brought this antitrust action challenging certain sales practices of Martindale-Hubbell (hereinafter "Martindale") as violative of Γ§ 1 of the Sherman Act (15 U.S.C. Γ§ 1) and Γ§ 3 of the Clayton Act (15 U.S.C. Γ§ 14). Upon the submission of cross motions for summary judgment, the District Court, 505 F. Supp. 114, concluded that no violation of those provisions of the antitrust laws had been established and entered summary judgment in favor of Martindale. We affirm.
